It was a bit quick....Lee was fighting back on his own. It was a warriors fight.....

Either way, great performance by Vera.

 

Yes, vera gets major probs from me, but it was a bad stoppage

 

Lee just landed a left hand when the ref stepped in. Bad stoppage.

But I'm happy

 

Might have been a tad too quick. But it might have saved Lees career he was badly hurt and pretty much out on his feet.

 

It's not the referee's fault that Lee got tagged by about 700 right hands. The guy was doing his job and protecting the fighter before he got seriously hurt.

I'll admit that as a fan, I would have liked to see him go out on his shield. But it's Lee's porous ****ing defense which resulted in this stoppage.

Lee would've got knocked out in the 8th anyway.

 

I would have liked to see it continue as most of you seem to agree... but there is that point... it may be better for Lee in the long run not to have taken the extra damage.

 

The stoppage might have been quick, but Lee was taking some hard shots and not taking them as well as Vera was. I can see why fans would be upset, and I see why Lee might be upset when he watches the replay as he throws that last punch.

 

Like Lennox Goat Said, This Is Starting To Happen Way Too Often, Then Again I Think It Was Getting Ugly And Very Difficult For Lee To Get Out Of That One, Though Not Impossible.

 

Did you see the Ref's face after the replay. Even he knew he made the wrong call.
