Regarding Mayweather vs Pacquiao

Pay attention, It's not the "fear of the fighter" that keeps Mayweather for earning the biggest payday of his career. It is "Fear" of losing. If you cannot see that your just fooling yourself.

 

Apparently all you seemed to have read was the final sentence I wrote. Therefore I cannot take your intelligence level seriously. But I'll entertain you since I'm currently on a roll schooling ignorance such as yourself.

As one of the dedicated people you listed (a Psy-ops soldier in the US Army might i add) MY POINT IS, there is a distinct difference in being born and bred to do something and by this I mean eating, shitting, sleeping ONE thing since single digit ages, THAN simply deciding you want to study or dreaming to do something once you hit your college years. This I see is why many of you do not understand this guy. Dedication from birth, being groomed to do something before you even knew what it was and then succeeding in it to the highest level. Not many people such as many of the ones in that list of occupations you named really know about that.

It doesn't put him above criticism but many of you fail to acknowledge the fact that this guy's childhood was NOT normal even for a boxer, and his level of dedication to the sport is in fact unique. And not just to boxing but to all occupations < (if that makes you happy)



The whole point of my first response is simply this. Telling Floyd he's afraid or not the best fighter is like telling him his first name is not Floyd. It won't make any sense to him. It's like telling somebody who's only done one thing their whole life that they don't know what they're talking about. And if you look at it from that angle, you can kinda get a better sense of where he's coming from. BTW, I'm done with this thread so please don' t make (for your sake of time) don't make some huge response, there's a good chance I probably won't even read it let alone respond, as I rarely debate with your types. Pac took away his p4p, the endorsements, the accolade, the luster of his achievements, his money to pay for his defense, and soon his liberty if convicted. Anyone of aforementioned should be enough. Everything combined should be enough.
