Cotto has apparently been one of the fighters presented by Uncle Bob to Emmanuel as a future opponent for later on this year, along with Timothy and Juan.

Cotto said he chose to fight Mayweather because Mayweather 'wasnt afraid to fight him at his best weight' of 154.

So am I to believe that Pac is willing to fight Cotto at 154? As this seemed to be the deal-breaker in their previous negotiations, that Cotto wouldn't go below 150, but Pac wanted 148.

Or is that list of opponents complete bull**** and it's going to be Juan this year, Bradley next?

It was BS, misinformation/ Propaganda from "Bagdad Bob" the article that floated last week said Manny team wanted a Catchweight at 150, which Cotto had to agree too.

The truth is Arum just floated Cotto name out their since his stock is high because of his performance vs Mayweather @ 154, and at this point with Manny taking L's vs B class fighters he have to make it appear he's willing to fight the best, when we all know that's far from reality with arum pulling the strings, Cotto is a Golden Boy fighter he knows damn well they wouldn't help Arum nor Manny out

You know I'd agree with that under most circumstances and it makes sense. However, if Uncle Bob didn't fix the last fight, the TR vs GBP relationship could take on a slightly softer negotiating dynamic. Meaning, it might be more lucretive and even easier for them to both come to the negotiating table. Cotto vs Pac is a huge promotion! Split or not!

    This..............

Manny has 0 ground these days, he rematches Bradley or JMM, they both said they are willing to ask for 10 mil plus therefore, he will get a low ball offer from Arum, and not that P4P#1 money like he's used too.

If he gets ODH and Schaefer to try to help him by out his contract with Arum to face Mayweather, Expect Floyd to not offer anywhere near 40m million guaranteed anymore, and expect no less than a 80/20 split. Manny being prideful I don't expect him to bend over and take that.......................

He's a rock in a head place, it's a shame he couldn't of seen this coming from a mile away:patsch

Well the fact of the matter is this is the last year ending huge payday for both companies. And if the last fight wasn't Uncle Bob at work, Manny's value could use the boost prior to fighting Money.

Cotto vs Floyd rematch= possibly 2 million ppv buys

Why ruin that and deliver Cotto to a fighter who beat him once before. Not only that with Manny drastic decline, I'm not confident at all in him beating Cotto, what happens if Manny loses this time, Arum would be grinning ear to ear, for GB essentially gift wrapping a Trilogy for TR.

Your scenario won't happen, at ****ing all this is a business friend, they make sure to kick eachother when they both were down, a year or 2 ago TR had monopoly over the big names at 147 and 154 Floyd and GB seen what Arum was doing and strategically plotted a retirement, now Manny has no opponents, no easy victories being that JMM and Bradley beat him, he has PPV draws he could run too and milk, no nothing, now all roads lead to Mayweather; why give Manny any hand in this situation, this chess and not checkers.........................

Your movie references for phrases by sorry ass screen-writrs really do suck! However the little boxing knowledge in your statement is devoid of the fact that Manny needs credibility right now and Cotto is a payday. Will this fight happen? Probably not. However your confidence and Uncle Bobs have two totally different sets of ramifications. He's Manny's promoter and you're not! Cotto just took a Mayweather ass beating and a bad one at that! There would be no better time for Manny to take this fight. Bradley or Marquez would be a tougher one.

I'd like too see this rematch! It would be intersting after his performance against Floyd plus Pacquaio has lost some of his speed and stamina

Why are you mad at me cause Manny have no opponents left, the truth is the truth, *****, ******* aside???

Your logic is so foolish I won't even try to type out an educated rebuttal. GB has been chasing Arum into a corner slowly an slowly why give him an out, and WTH would GB care about Manny's credibility when Mayweather breaks records regardless whoever he decides to fight

It's not logic dip****. It's hypothesis! There's a difference! For example ask yourself? How many deals of any type have you cut sucessfully? I would say that answer is "0!" So do us all a favor and please don't respond. And while you're at it, try community college. It would greatly help your disposition!
