PAC agreed to March and im sure he will train just as hard as he would for any other fight.

The winner of this fight wont be down to size, we have already seen this does not work with PAC, who has battered OSCAR, HATTON and COTTO all 3 bigger men who lacked the tools to beat him.

Mayweather size wont be a factor as he does not fight half as aggressive as Cotto, Hatton or Oscar, however his skillset will be a factor in this fight.

Good point. There is really no room for excuses. I do think that Pac has more to gain and less to lose in this fight.

I wonder who it is who has the gun to Pacquiao's head and his making him fight at WW becasue that what all the *******s are acting like. Pac used to be a smaller fighter. So did Mayweather. Both of them had noticeably skinnier physiques earlier in their careers. They have both now however bulked up and are weighing within the WW limit. They are in the same weight class which means its a fair fight.

Pac is not a JR. WW. He's a WW. If he gets his ass kicked its because he's an inferior fighter.

His fans are scared that he's gonna lose or else they wouldnt even be making threads like this.

people think size only matters when the fighter is agressive but its not true. If a fighter is a defensive minded counterpuncher or a slickster then being able to hurt his opponent and keep him honest is a really big factor in the fight and also being able to control the clinch is too.

I know your posting history and how you see this fight going in. That said, there is significant number of people starting to hint that Pacquiao risks nothing going into this fight, and I don't see how that should be the case. It makes absolutely no sense to suggest that the outcome of this fight will not impact Pacquiao if he loses. The two best fighters of the era, both on a hot streak, are going to meet in the ring. If this fight doesn't determine who is the better, I don't know what could.

You have no posting history for me to go on, and what I have seen of you degenerates into insults. There's not much to discuss with you.

who is better has imo already been determined throughout their careers and will continue to be determined until they retire and to a certain extent until their opponents retire. IMO Floyd beating Pac at 147 will not change the fact that Pac is a better fighter. But their respective performances on fight night and also the rest of their careers might change my opinion on that.

BTW, I'm not saying that Floyd has nothing to gain and everything to lose by fighting Pac, and I'm not saying that Pac has nothing to lose from fighting Floyd. But there's a whole grey area between nothing and everything

I dont care how pretty roy jones and shane mosleys body looks at heavyweight or 154, or how well Toney performed at heavyweight, They are NOT natural in those weight classes. Tito beheading joppy doesnt make him a legit middle, just a great fighter.

And im not saying that pac will win, im picking floyd to beat him assuming its same old floyd and same old pac, but if pac does somehow win, people will talk about all of the "obstacles" he had to overcome to beat mayweather.

And pacquiao bigger than DLH? WTF? More muscle does not equal natural size. If vicor ortiz picked up the latest issue of flex magazine, got to a jacked up solid muscle 215 lbs, that would not make him bigger that bernard hopkins. He would still be a BLOWN UP Jr.Lightweight

True but the only problem there is that i thought that mayweather dont hit hard and that pac could walk through his punches?

I mean he has taken cotto's best punch is he really about mayweather's power? I doubt it, however what he is worried about is his speed and accuracy.

Either way i expect mayweather to win this fight based on skill rather than size.

If cotto beat pac would that have been because of skill or size?

The thing that makes Pac great is that he beats guys that are supposedly bigger than him...Why should Floyd be any different? Especially after Roach said Mayweather was the easiest fight out of Cotto and Mosley. AND when Floyd is naturally smaller than both Cotto and Mosley. Besides, Pac is now a WW since he's fought two fights within the WW division.
