He's fought two fights within the WW division at an average weight of 143. Between those two fights he fought in the JrWW divsion at 138.

Anyways, I haven't really decided how i think Pac vs Floyd will go, once I make my pick then whoever exceeds my expectations i will say was better than I thought and whoever falls below I will say was not as good as i thought.

For example I gave props to Floyd for beating JMM because although i'm not surprised he won, he did it more convincingly than I thought. On the flip side alot of his fans said he was gonna knock out JMM easily and then when he wasn't able to do that they act like it doesn't matter?

How can a guy who took 20% of the decade off and whose last two fights were against natural 140lb'ers or lower be considered higher in the greats column than Manny?

Mayweather fans dont have excuses, what possible excuse could there be for losing against pac?:huh

However pac fans already have a lot of excuses.

I mean for someone to create this thread suggest that he is worried about pac image as the best p4p fighter being taken away.

The problem pac fans have is they have said over and over again pac would destroy floyd, and that pac beat the same opponents much easier, he deserves to be titled the best fighter in the world.

So what happens when a proven underfeated world champion schools the best boxer in the world at a weight in which Pac has already destroyed the 2nd best WW in the world?:huh

nah I never said Pac would destroy Floyd at 147. I've always said that he'd be at a size disadvantage at 147

This argument is pointless. The winner of the fight will be recognised as the best fighter on the planet. That's what is going to happen, whether you like it or not.

That is true but the fights have been against two legit WW opponents - one of them was obviously weight drained but still, Pac beat both. Mayweather should not be considered any different because he is bigger than Pac. Pacquiao as you said has fought those two fights with an average weight of 143 which is considered WW. Paul Williams is an example of a guy that can cut weight and put on weight and still fight effectively - Pac is no different.

Ha. Like as if the general public's perception means **** all to the boxing community, who knows better. The general boxing public in Australia thinks Danny Green is a legend now, too.

With Marnoff...who I consider a good poster degenerating/wasting his knowledge by talking to a ******* in PH|LLA, and you posting this response **** for brains, it all becomes clear. You *******s all think the same, and there is no sense in talking boxing with you when you tambayan with each other before you even post here:lol:.

The fact that many of you *******s created a ban thread about PAc taking the fight and daring Floyd's fans to bet he won't turn down 20 mil shows just how insecure all of you brand new PAc fans are. You, Ph|LLA and the rest of you *******s don't have real boxing knowlegde.

You *******s have been watching boxing for almost 6 years and I've fought and watch the sport for more than 30 years...and you think true boxing fans care what you post lol... I never give a fuk what any ******* thinks, and I'll continue to shite on your sorry ass opinions on this sport.

Where's the size disadvantage, hes fighting someone his own size after always draining to fight smaller men and gaining massive amounts of muscle. Muscularity wise hes carrying more muscle than Mayweather, Height/reach is in favour of FMJ but only by 2inches

But it wont be the general public's perception, it will be a world wide perception. The world is looking at this fight with close eyes.

The winner will get all the accolades they deserve after fight night.

I couldn't have said it better myself. WW is only 145 when Cotto has to fight at the weight, yet when Pac fghts at anyweight over 140, he isn't a ww. I could see if Floyd had been at ww all of his life, then he might have a point, but PH|LLA is a *******, so what do you expect. Moose, you're an *******:), but you made a good point:good You'll probably dis me, but you made the point in Ph|LLA's contradiction lol...

was Pac draining to fight smaller men when he moved up to 126 to fight Barrrera and Marquez? When he moved up to 130 to fight Morales? When he fought Hatton at 140? When he moved up from 112 to 122?

This is absolutely the bottom line. Before Pacquiao even loses they are fighting diligently to make sure everyone knows losing won't matter. Losing DOES matter. If it didn't, lets just analyze Roy Jones' career as of the first Tarver fight and prior. Lets leave out the knockouts as if they never happened. Sure, they don't change that he was great in his prime, but they do add a perspective.

There's no ABSOLUTE win/win as some are trying to make it be the case with Pacquiao.
