Hill was a hell of a fighter. His best weapon was his jab and foot movement and speed, with that counterleft. With Hearns he met a guy who had just as great a jab if not better and that offset Hill's best weapon, and then Hill was basically a limited guy at that point. Everything worked around his jab. It is a good thing Hearns decided to use his jab and win that way. But with most other guys Hill's jab was great. With Jones Hill was outjabbing him but Jones threw a hell of a right to the body.. He used his speed.
