Very dominant first round for Gentallan, sharp southpaw jab, good body work, prodding a bit with the trailing left but a clear round. Akbar, interestingly, mostly offers target practice, guard up, occupying space, but he's only throwing very hard punches back, good uppercut and a decent bodyshot of his own.

Impressive. Genuinely class bodyattack gets Akbar out of there. Gentallan thought he had him hurt early in the round and charged a bit and ended up back on the ropes, a little uncomfortable, after the counter-attack and it looked like it might be Gentallan dominance punctuated by Akbar lunges, but Gentallan was just hitting him to clean to the body. Akbar still isn't up - what a punch.
