It sounds like he is against that type of thing based on the “weakest ish I ever heard” comment. But you knew that.

He's right. They saw Rougarou's last fight, saw how he bad he looked and how much he struggled against a rangy boxer mover, and they decided to swoop like vultures in the belief it will be an easy night's work for him against an extremely favourable stylistic match up instead of rematching Loma after winning an extremely controversial decision against him in a fight very few believe he won.

Agreed. I wasn't referring to the thread originator, however. Rather I was referring to clowns like steviebruno and countless others on here who hate certain fighters but insult our collective intelligence by insisting its anything but.

As I said---hate whomever you like; just don't p*ss on my leg and tell me it's raining.

Calling someone 17-3 isn't hate. Vasyl Lomachenko is a solid pro. LOL

And how would you categorize applying one standard to Loma and yet willfully ignoring the very same standard in another?

Did you forget the time you criticized Loma for his supposedly embarrassing punch output against Haney? Did you level the same criticism against Haney when I informed you that Loma threw 150 more punches than Haney???

No, like the laughably dishonest, blatantly biased hack that you are, you claimed "but Haney threw with intent yo!"

    --3 division champ, fastest 3 division champ, former P4P #1, sure-fire HOFer

    "Solid pro"

    You ain't fooling anyone.

At age 25, Vasyl Lomachenko wasn't the fastest to anything. LOL. And he would've been waiting until age 30 if he wasn't gifted an immediate title shot, and then ANOTHER after LOSING in his first try.

Being a multi-weight champ isn't that big a deal anymore. Ask Adrien Broner.

He was NEVER P4P no.1. How does a P4P no.1 have a 17-3 record with losses to neophytes? He was always overrated based on his Russian dance moves and smoke and mirrors that only disguised the fact that he has t-rex arms.

Solid professional fighter, though. He should definitely be in the HOF, where many other solid fighters have gone.

    He was good.

So when the official narrative suits your agenda--ie Loma's 17-3 record-- it's taken at face-value and is absolutely sacrosanct.

But when the official narrative doesn't suit your agenda-- Loma won titles in 3 division in 12 fights, FASTEST EVER--suddenly it's open to interpretation and context.

Wasn't the fastest to anything?? CBS Sports and ESPN beg to differ:

    https://www.cbssports.com/boxing/ne...ecome-fastest-three-division-boxing-champion/

    https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_...iy-lomachenko-knocked-doubts-pound-pound-no-1

Lomachenko was never P4P #1? Really? Ring Magazine and ESPN beg to differ:

    https://www.givemesport.com/1477226...-in-new-ring-magazine-poundforpound-rankings/

    https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_...-pound-pound-rankings-vasiliy-lomachenko-no-1

    Game, set, match.

    You're done.

    Age 25.

    Second title opportunity.

    Not fast.

    Not fastest.

    Not anything.

And that is the weakest P4P list I have ever seen. Your boy is a mere footnote in history and a manufactured P4P fighter. People have already forgotten about him and he hasn't even retired yet.

    My man......

    Stop. Just stop.

I've read some of your non-Loma posts, and you don't strike me as a moron. So stop acting like one here.

Now, in the interest of everyone else on the forum, let's keep it moving.
