He gon let Teo and Loma cook each other and whoever wins there he will put on the back burner until he makes all the money he can make then build the fight up to the mega million dollar level and go for it. In order for Mayweather's plans to go through Tank can not lose. If he loses then all bets are off.

I dont see any comparisons between Tank and an Active Floyd Mayweather. Tank his own fighter, now if you said that about Broner, then id agree.
I referred to eye test. Broner was talented but in my opinion betrayed his talent by lack of dedication. Talent on its own is not enough.
