    Is anybody on this card even from (or with forebears hailing from) Panamá? :thinking:

    Petrov is a Spaniard by residence and Russian by way of birth. Indongo reps Namibia. Baranchyk was born in Russia but is ethnically Belarusian and flew the latter flag in the amateurs. Prograis is of ambiguous provenance but presumably a mixture of Cajun, black, and maybe Native American.

    Why is a Panamanian channel even bothering with covering this?

    I think two of the undercard bouts have already happened, according to boxrec at least. Lippe got the win by TKO3, and Conwell won a 6 round UD that didn’t seem competitive at all judging from the scorecards.

    Goddamn it why is this PFL game still dragging on? It appears COS shares the disdain for boxing their northern counterparts ESPN have up here stateside, with the poorly thought-through scheduling of ignominiously silly live sports in preceding time slots and then letting them run over and preempt the fisticuffs. :ohno

    I just read that Matt Remillard is on the undercard, what the **** happened to him? He pulled an Eloy Perez like disappearing act after the Mikey Garcia match a few years back. What? Was he in jail or something?

    Nope, midnight EST.

    I'd say you might be thinking of tomorrow, but ESPN2 has boxing (10:30pm EST) starting after Showtime (10:15pm EST) on Saturday as well.

    It wasn't just listed on BoxRec, the programming guide for COS itself has a time slot blocked out for "Boxing: Prograis vs. Indongo" that is now an hour overdue to start. :?
