Regis Prograis will beat Ramirez easily.

I like Josh Taylor too, but damn... the Taylor worship on this forum is getting a bit crazy.

How is Prograis' defense in question from his detractors, when Taylor himself is relatively easy to hit? Not only that, but Postol was able to buzz Taylor, and we can all agree that Prograis packs more pop than Postol.

How fighter A does against fighter B, has no bearing on fighter C. That being said, Prograis would tear Ramirez a new one, and Arum knew it.

Ummm. Ramirez isn't in the WBSS. Maybe you're confused about which sport you're
watching, or maybe you don't even follow boxing closely enough to avoid looking like
a casual moron. Prograis next fight is again Relikh in the semi's of the WBSS 140 lb
tourney. There, now you follow actual boxing after reading my educational post.

Ramirez gets hit too much and lacks the defense to beat prograis.

I think Prograis has weight issues. IMO his stamina is lacking due to the weight cut.
While Ramirez is not on his level, i don't think Prograis would be 100% if they fought, so i think it would be a tremendous fight.

I got the feeling prograis hardly got out of 2nd gear against Flanagan. Taylor has his hands full with Martin

I’d favour Taylor just slightly to win the tournament but could go either way

    Can't argue with that.

From what I saw of it I don't think Rougarou went into the fight with the objective of getting Flanagan out of there and Flanagan seemed intimidated facing the biggest puncher of his career over in hostile territory his very next fight after suffering a confidence shattering loss (the first of his career) and didn't truly come to win. Rougarou said that he didn't push for the KO because he knew Flanagan was tough and he had a bit of pop but I'm not sure I believe that. Just like I don't believe he chose Flanagan over Martin because he thought the former would be the tougher challenge. But I only saw about half the fight so I could be wrong.

I doubt Mikey Diva can handle Regis. Hasn’t it struck you just a bit odd that Mikey has never once mentioned his name?

Mikey’s PR game is so transparent. It goes like this: call out so called killers (Spence) who have significant size advantages over you. Then when they express interest in fighting you, revert back to the limited Lipinets of the world. This way he can win VACANT titles that have little to no relevancy in a historical sense.

I’m still waiting for the Spence fight.
