Whatsup guys, im 16 and i have an amateur boxing fight on saturday.. my 5th fight.. i havent fought in 6 months so im fighting 8kgs higher.. i was 56 now 64.. the guy im fighting is bigger and stronger and he said he might not be able to make 64 so we said its ok if hes a couple grams off.. but the weigh ins are the same day as my fight (2 hours before) normally ive done them the day before.. im not too worried about that because ive only got to lose a couple of kilos but what should i eat after the weigh ins?? Should i have a bowl of oatmeal or would that be too much in my stomach? Thanks guys
