Chisora (proven at this stage) Boytsov (great talent) Chambers (proven) Perez (great talent) Helenius (talented but unsure how far he can go, will have to be reviewed again soon) Vitali is still the 2nd best but he only has maybe 2 fights left so long-term he is not relevant. Haye is good enough to be up there but he may never fight again. I honestly don't think anybody else is relevant.
