Mayweather did well in that fight. Cortez did not assist him. There is no reason for Hatton's loss. He fought well and gave Mayweather a hell of a fight. I guess if people never looked for excuses then we would never have "critics".

this isn't an excuse before someone says but in the build up to the fight on sky, they showed hatton in the dressing room an hour or two before the fight and i've never seem him that nervous, he looked terrible.

he did yeah. i remember Joe Cortez was doing his chat in the dressing room and Hatton and Billy Graham had the look of condemed men. Knew he was gonna get his arse kicked from that moment . well, sort of knew beforehand anyway .

Floyd didn't turn his back there, Hatton clearly turned him and had more than enough time to not swing. He was aiming for the back of his head clearly.

Well after all the trashtalking he did during 24/7, he felt the need to back it up.

In slow motion its actually pretty cool to see how dirty Mayweather can fight, in that short fragment alone you could see numerous elbows and forearm shots.

It's not like Mayweather needs it to win, but it's still pretty funny to see.

Masterclass performance by PBF. He beat Hatton at his own game and baited him into that counter left hook.

Was an even fight after 6-7 rds and thats with Hatton at 147 with the crappy ref

Cortez is such an a-hole, ruined the fight for Hatton, he was a joke in them openng rounds.

:gooddefinitely. Mayweather was the one winning the exchanges on the inside and he worked to the body beautifully making room for his punches very well i was very impressed.

I see roach training pac to use that lead straight, and w/ his power Hatton goes down in 6-7
