The first time you get caught is very rarely the first time you break the rules.

Therefore you are guilty until proven innocent?

He was caught, that's a good indicator. Police use it all the time when they catch murderers or repeat rapists.

He managed to stop Cotto? Managed to ice Golden Johnson is less time that Mosley was able to? Folded Cintron with what looked like a fairly light body shot?

Then gets caught against Mosley, can't hurt him at all while the fight lasts (and considering how bad Shane looked right before and after that fight, that tells you something), can't stop a rank journeyman in his comeback fight, and has one round of success against Pacquaio where he hurts him briefly but not enough to put him on the floor.

    That tells me something...

There were other problems going into the Mosley fight. He couldn't hurt Shane because he could barely land on him.

But when he did it had no effect. Compare that to the Cotto, Johnson and Cintron fights. When he landed it turned the fight.

So officials who signed off his gloves in those three fights(In Jersey,Nevada & NY)ALL missed him wearing loaded wraps? That doesnt sound plausible to me.
Just become someone knocks out someone quicker than someone else really doesnt say much.
Pacquiao could badly hurt iron chinned Shane Mosley who said "Ive never been hit that hard in my life" yet couldnt hurt Marquez who was down against Katsidis for instance.
Golden Johnson was knocked out 2 divisions below the weight where Margarito did him so its really no surprise.

I hope you never get called up for jury service:lol:

That body shot against Cintron looked nasty, well placed & timed. I'm not surprised Kermit the warrior stayed down.

IIRC Pacquiao was curled up in pain for a couple of days after their fight & hasnt looked the same since.

All I'm saying is that it is incredibly unlikely they'd do it for a fight Margo was the clear favourite for. He couldn't make a dent in Mosley, something Mayorga and Mayweather were able to do. That is suspicious when he basically went through other fighters like a wrecking machine.

You wont convince people. They either admire a known cheat for some reason or are big Cotto fans there is no middle ground. Of course all those people know that the Cali state comission said the wraps were fine it was Richardson who pulled them on it. When resto got done it was reported in some quarters that Lewis had done it at least twice before. My stance is simple, I couldnt give a toss if hes had a bad camp or not, you put the fight back 2 weeks. You dont go "Tony we've had a bad camp so I'm gonna case you in plaster and we will win at all costs" He's been a heavy bag and couldnt put away a journeyman since he's been checked properly think about that

Sport needs bad guys, but margarito went beyond the bad guy persona, he is a cheat, I hope cotto beats him like Pacquio did, can't see it though, wraps or no wraps, I think Margarito has too much for Cotto
