One of the greatest things about boxing is the occasional upset. Relatively rare but always an exciting and interesting spectacle to behold. Often following this is a rematch where the expected winner usually triumphs. Was drinking with a friend over the weekend and we were trying to think of examples were the upsetter wins the rematch too - in effect creating an even bigger upset So I thought I would utter the question to you ramblers. Which great double-upsets can you recall?
Greg Page vs journeyman Mark Wills is one that always intrigued me, because I saw that rematch a couple of months after the legendary Tyson vs Douglas fight, and at that point it was clear to me that upsets aren't that strange in the HW division.
Ali-Liston is probably the biggest one in history. Liston was the favourite even though he lost the first fight convincingly.
How about flipping that premise, ie. rematches where the initial favorite won in the first bout, then lost in the second? Can't think of any off hand. Also, more often than not, if the favorite loses initially, he becomes the underdog in the second match. Arreolla Stiverne comes to mind for that.

Gatti vs Ward II. Nobody thought Arturo would come back and put a boxing clinic on Ward after the first slugfest.
