this thread made me re-visit a couple of fights.....de la hoya v mosley.

de la hoya robbed in the rematch, mosley with the biggest look of surprise i ever seen on a winner and great sportsmanship from de la hoya just holding a thumbs up to mosley.

this fight had my favourite ref ever...Stanley Christodoulou...always lets fights be as good as they can be...but, as good, or great even, as he is a ref, he is a bad judge...maybe unfair to say he's always a bad judge, but this fight and holy v lewis are examples.

anyway...i've kinda gone left of topic here.

The fix was certainly in. This was a clearer victory, for me anyways, than the Trinidad fight (8-4 this.....7-5 in the Tito fight)

Both of you are gits, that was the first thing that came to mind!

Thus I will get my revenge and inflict on your memories the two Hide/Murray bouts.

Both fights were shockers, Hide 'signed in' a performance both times, and Murray a renowned 'survivor', tried his best both times not to get hurt.

Fight one was so bad the then new Heavyweight champ Riddick Bowe, who was ringside to weigh up Hide as an opponent is alleged to of fallen asleep!
