Remember back in the day, when if you traded with Chuck you were in trouble

This is a boxing forum so finding parallels in boxing makes sense. Chuck was to a certain extent the MMA equivalent of the come forward pressure fighter like Marciano, Dempsey, Tyson or Frazier. That particular style is rough on it's practitioners and they usually hit their prime and decline very quickly by the age of thirty. All it takes is the slight loss in reflexes and timing and suddenly instead of being able to catch their opponents in the exchange - they find themselves a half step behind their opponents and on the bad end of a KO exchange.

And I want to see Tito/Chuck III. It's a natural rivalry and anything can happen. It will make for an interesting season of TUF to say the least.

Did you people even watch Tito's last fight? He's horrible now, it looks like he has no desire to fight anymore.

 

I thought Tito looked good in rounds one and two. He was able to shoot strong and score the takedown. In the third round - he gassed and Forest all but picked him apart. It's still an old rivalry that never gets old to me. I'm the kind of person that would watch Tyson vs Holyfield 3 if it was ever scheduled.

 

I'm down with this. I can't wait to see this fight. I always like seeing Chuck and Tito fight, and I don't want to see either of them get beat up by new guys.

They both still want to fight, let them have each other.
