Floyd can simply do more. There speed is about equal, punching power about equal, as stated by both Mosley and ODLH, both have great footwork, Floyd is leagues smarter, better with adjustments, and while Manny has become a better boxer, until he was with Roach, he was a one handed fighter. I think skill wise, it is apparant who is better, unless you cant see past the light of Pacquiao's golden glow though, lol.
