Actually before he beat Malignaggi, alot of fans were writing Hatton off. Some even gave Malignaggi a chance. I remember saying Hatton was on another level compared to Paulie and would totally outclass him, and I got some hate for that. Hatton is definately a better fighter than what he showed against Pac. He was brainwashed by Floyd Sr into believing he would be able to just walk through Pac and went out there with no gameplan. Sr is as much to blame for that poor performance as Hatton is.

Hatton is just a one dimensional fighter all he can do is come forward like a madman, if that plan doesn't work he has no plan B. No idea why he hired Floyd Sr who is a defensive trainer, he got knocked down twice in the 2nd round and comes out doing the exact same thing he did in the 1st lol.
