Learn from your mistakes ! Clearly Arreola is not that example . How does he get devastated twice by the same punch?

The guy also does not move his head ,same issue as before .

    CONGRATS TO STEVIRNE !

There wasn't really much Arreola could do about it, head movement or not. He fought well from an overall perspective by his standards, but he was still facing a guy with better technical skills, better handspeed, and enough power to hurt him. He got countered in an exchange and that was all she wrote.

The flaws in Arreola have always been there but if you are spending all your effort just dropping weight your skills will never improve much and with Arreola his skills have never evolved.

He has no defensive skills. He can get in but has no exit strategy. He's too heavy to jump in and out, he has no head or upper body movement to slip shots and doesn't know how to clinch to smother a counter like Wlad. So once he's gotten his shots off he's a sitting duck and there to be hit and unless you have a chin like McCall you're going to get hurt.

We saw him tire after the 4th round last night, he simply didn't have the conditioning to keep the kind of pressure to keep Stiverne subdued and even if he had he didn't have the defensive know how to avoid taking big right hand counters.

I must admit he did better than I thought he would, he showed guts to keep marching forward but it was inevitable that he'd get caught and hurt like he did in the first round.

Not really the firs time they fought Chris was dropped by a strong overhead right on his big ole schnoz

The fight from tonight he was caught with a sneaky right to the temple

Bermane is the better fighter, he wins 9 out of 10 times
