Remember when Lomachenko was afraid to engage Salido?

  1. I keep hearing this Frampton has a bad chin **** but the same posters ignore that the feather weight, feather fisted Soviet runner named Vasyl was running from Salido up until the 9th round.
About that time he finally grew a pair and fought back but it was unsuccessful as history clearly shows. Frampton at least engages his opponents and so does Rigo which contributes to his knockdowns also. Both of those fighters are undefeated and Vasyline is not, his 0 virginity was taken by a drunk, fat, old , fighter that was spoon fed to him by his crooked promoter and he still loss.

I hope he spends Mexican Independence with his ring daddy Salido on September 12th.

It was his second pro match against a ****ing Welterweight that hit him in the nuts over a hundred times, if you don't think that effects someone's performance, then there is something badly wrong with your reason, logic, rationale and judgment.

Completely agree. Lomachenko is a much better fighter than Salido but since he had so few pro bouts he was unsure how he would do as the fight progressed. Decent officiating would have led to a different decision. Salido would have been DQ'd with someone who knew what they were doing. That fight was a real travesty.

It was a huge mismatch size wise.

But Loma fought stupid for the early rds, choosing to try to tie up the much larger guy whenever he'd throw a Lead R hand below the belt.

Loma shoulda been jumping in and out with combinations and tried to hurt Salido earlier on.

    Amateur mistake.

He's grown leaps and bounds since then:good

  12. Hmmm... reverse psychology gramsey I like that. I like word games too sir, but the facts are facts. You guys on this forum pick and chose who you want to bash and make excuses for others. If Frampton, Rigo, Fury, Wilder, Thurman, etc are packing glass then what is GGG,Kovalev and Loma packing.

Loma fought from top now down to the bottom and whenever a real opponent is mentioned that could give him a real fight he has stipulations.
Kovalev has been dropped in his career and has a easy to open cut over his right eye waiting to be exploited.
GGG has fought less power punchers than Amir Khan at this point and wants no part of a real BOXER without stipulations.

If Frampton or Rigo came up and destroyed Loma I hope he gets in the hypejob Hall of Fame with Lacy and Broner.
GGG and Kovalev will cop pleas after Ward ends both of their runs between 2015 and 2016.

How is Ward going to defeat a technical power puncher like Kovalev? Froch had a VERY competitive match with Ward, especially in the later rounds, and has nowhere near the amateur experience, power and technical abilities as Kovalev. Ward will not be able to manhandle a power house 175 pounder like Kovalev, or drop him. Ward has NO KO power whatsoever, especially against someone who is one weight class above. Kovalev got dropped by Caparello but came right back up. Heck, even a smaller GGG would outbox the shoes out of ward. Ward will have to resort to his wrestling tactics to beat GGG
