Dont say Hendo, as we know how hard 185 is on him. And we all found out how legit Franklin really was once he upped his competition.

 

Er....Franklin has only lost to Silva at 185Ibs...and Hendo made the weight cut fine when he went on a three fight winning streak at middleweight.

I can't believe so many of you so-called "boxing fans" equate Sonnen's antics with pro wrestling when that sort of thing has been the norm in boxing since Cassius Clay ripped off Gorgeous George. Yes, pro wrestling originated hyperbolic trash talk but it's the norm in most legitimate sports now and it's only the whiny, "respect and honor" MMA ***s...err fans that ***** about it. As Sonnen said, this isn't a dojo with katas and bowing, this is a full-contact prize fight and what he says is far less offensive than what actually occurs in the combat, what with faces breaking, and all of that.

Hendo looked like dog**** in every one of those fights at 185 and you know it, and to top it off he got wrestle****ed by Shields for a horrible loss. Hendo has to cut too much at 185.

Yes and two years passed between the Silva fight and the Shields fight. Henderson stayed at 185Ibs after facing Silva whereas he moved up after the Shields one, which shows what he felt was the difference between the two.
