Post your favorite moments from the Legend's amazing career in the number one sport on earth.

From his days training the best around to the man himself if you've ever had the pleasure of meeting him and also the commentator.

This one of my favorite clips, why?. Well the man for all his love of working and getting paid always put 110% into his work. He also loved the sport, he wanted the sport to shine. He wanted his fighters to fight and entertain and this clip shows his love for the sport.

Was just about to make this thread:good

From 7:25 Manny starts going crazy after Toney hurts Jirov.

Haha just listening to this back and hearing how excited he gets when Jirov goes down, he can barely get the words out.

    What a legend RIP.

I loved his commentary during Ward/Gatti, especially the 9th Round.

    "Here comes Gatti back!"

I always remember his commentator or should i say raw emotion in the last round of this fight. There is something about passion and raw emotion that i respect, because its real man. Manny Stewart was a great trainer, but he was a real boxing fan, a real passionate boxing fan.

"Ohhh my god look at this, look at this"....

    Great minds :good.

That legendary, loved Manny's emotions in fights like this.

Shame i never got to meet him in the physical life, i did hope someday we could talk shop but will have to wait for the spiritual life i hope.

I also find it incredible that in one of his first coaching projects, he managed to produce as brilliant a fighter as Hearns. Took him from day one and turned him into one of the very best there has been, shows what a natural Steward was when it came to coaching.

Ishy got my first two thoughts gatti vs ward and then manny channelling every boxing fans thoughts in that Taylor vs spinks fights. There was an interview not too long ago on here with manny talking in depth about Lewis which I thought was quality worth a read if you can dig it up

    - Emanuel Stewart

Someone else posted the Jermain Taylor vid. :good

The only bad word he ever really used was B*LL****! Considering the heat of the moment in a corner with a lazy fighter, thats a miracle in itself!

Manny Steward, you will be missed, enjoy the ride!
