    the guy was a monster,

he was a 6'1 and 1/2 super middle weight and his body looked like roy jones' with bigger arms,

he was kinda like the yaqui lopez of his day that always lost these close decisions and would have probably won a super middle weight or light heavyweight title in most eras. unforgetable wars with james toney and charles williams ending in the infamous double disqualification becuase both fighters where unfit to continue.

    Never heard of him, honestly.

But I'll definitely look into him now. Thanks.

yeah, this guy is never talked about on any of the esb threads that i have seen, but he was very good as far as physical talent goes.

he could hit (toney said him and barkley hit him the hardest) and his chin was legendary.

If I remember correctly, he was The Ring's prospect of the month sometimes in the early to mid 90's, or thereabouts.

I can't recall much about him honestly.

Yeah, going into the fight with Jones, he was considered to have the best chin in boxing, which served him very well in his wars against Williams.

Sosa was tough as hell and very strong. His wars against Prince Charles Williams were unreal. He'd give anybody a tough fight now.
