Pulled this fight from my archives Xmas eve night/morning. What a great fight it was. The ironed chinned Urango vs the very hard punching Bailey. Something had to give in this hard hitting affair. Enjoy fight brothers and sisters

More impressive than Bailey sneaking in his money shot when absoluely behind was Urango getting up and surviving. Great scrap!

Randall Bailey was one of my favorite fighters.
I remember at one point he had almost 30 pro fights and had still never gone the full distance

I loved when Bailey caught him flush.

140 was so weak around this time with fighters like this passing the belts.

Haha, wow I remember this one vividly.

Whatever else his flaws were, you have to give it up to Randal Bailey when it came to punching power. He's not far from guys like Gerald McClellan or Bob Foster in terms of having insane power.

I found it surprising that Urango did hang around the world title picture longer than he did. He basically vanished after he lost to Devon Alexander. He was an exciting fighter and TV execs seemed to like him. I'd love to hear why he chose to call it a day.

That was an absolute beatdown, they used to say bailey had the right hand of tommy hearns, and the left hand of ronald hearns
