Reminder: Kenny Bayless is bought and paid for

Fury-Wilder II made it obvious to me that Bayless is essentially a hired bodyguard. The Taylor-Ramirez fight was blatant favoritism.

 

I think he is just fairly incompetent.
And Teddy Atlas talked about promoters greasing elbows with referees, judges and officials. Not that they are straight up paid for, but fancy dinners, some nice accommodations are a common thing.
And since there is no real oversight in boxing, it´s not hard to imagine this at all.
