Reminder: Marquez had problems with the speed of DIAZ.

He seemed to handle Pac's speed prety well in case you forgot, dip****... and if memory serves me right, he eventually adjusted to Juan's speed, picked him apart, and knocked him the hell out... dip****. And like most said already, it didn't seem like Juan's speed really bothered JMM, more so his intense aggression.....

Againt Pacquiao, I could definitely see a lesson in potshotting by Mayweather......but Marquez is too skilled and too multi-dimensional to let Mayweather have prolonged sucess using that tactic.......

You have me on record as saying it........Mayweather may very well win......he should be the favorite.....but I say there is absolutely no way he's going to beat JMM through a potshotting strategy....

If Mayweather wins, he's going to have to up his workrate from what it was in the DLH and Hatton fight.........if he does'nt, imo JMM is going to outhustle and maybe even dominate Mayweather down the stretch of the fight.

 

PBF is bigger, stronger, younger, and faster. JMM will lose.

Marquez has been in the ring with Pac (speed) for 24 rounds, and you have the cheek to say Diaz speed gave him trouble.

It was Diaz work rate not speed that caused the problems in that fight. Diaz speed is nothing new, nowhere near as fast as pac.

 

IT WAS more the PRESSURE that gave him problems...NOT the speed...we tends to knockout "SPEEDY" characters...diaz, casamayor, ...ya kno?
