So was Hughie apparently , so how do you explain the world title fight against Parker during the period he was supposed to be banned?

Boxing is a corrupt sport. all agencies and bodies included.

They both BORDERLINE failed them tests back in Feb of 2015. Both Hughie and Tyson then passed 10 following tests. UKAD sat on the failed result which is surprisingly common amongst drug testers.

Then when Tyson had to drop out of his Wlad rematch, UKAD decided they'l pull the money trigger to make some money and pull up the tests nearly 1.5 years later. That period of time is unheard of as far as i'm aware. Then they fell flat on their faces in court and almost bankrupted themselves.

Nandrolone is also an interesting one because it's produced in the body NATURALLY in very small quantities. The theshold is a very small amount something like 2ng per 1ml of blood or something, many cases in the last 20 years have been defunked because the testing wasn't good enough. Typically failures show testing fail level 100x greater than that 2ng limit.

I think it's pretty clear Hughie and Tommy peddled with steriods a few years ago though with that horrible steroid acne.

I doubt Tyson a guy who has always been natty decided to take nandrolone knowingly literally 8 months before he was expected to fight Wlad. Tyson is very wary about his drinking water also, he never drinks water that his team doesn't watch.

2.5ng for UKAD. 2.5ng - 15ng is an atypical finding and inconclusive which requires further investigation and or explanation. probably what range Fury was in.

ultimately boxers tend to find micro-gains with PED cheating and the testers can find them out if they want to try hard enough, hence why VADA tend to pop a lot of guys. Even if Fury did take nandrolone nobody should care because look at AJ and Whyte. Clearly have done ****. AJ won't get popped ever though $$$.

He ain't the first super heavy and he ain't nearly the best. Joshua, the Klitschko brothers, Lewis, and Bowe are all better. And a bunch of regular heavyweights would absolutely school him like Mike Tyson, Ali, Joe Louis, Holyfield, Holmes. Tyson Fury doesn't really impress me as being much different than a Primo Carnera, Jess Willard, or Buddy Baer from the old days. He's like Ernie Terrell in the 60s or Chuck Wepner in the 70s.

I remember the accolades and praises on how the Holyfield size HWs would become a rare commodity with a big guy like Bowe beating him. To see a 6'5 fighter? box well and on the inside too?! Next up 6'5 Lennox made it clear this was the new HW division...But who knew a decade later Y2K they would go up to the size of Wlad, Vitali, now heading into Y2K20, 6'8, 6'9 is the new norm.

You mentioned NBA, same with NFL, I wonder how would a QB in Johnny Unitas would have fared against today's defenses knowing the average QB height for one was on average of 6'0 like Fran Tarkenton, 6'1 Unitas whereas now they're average height is around 6'4 last I check.

Fury IMO is not the 1st big fluid HW, rather the next in succession of big HW's showing fluidity. Great mention on Ali, he totally took Ray Robinson's fight style @ WW & added to the HW game, punches in bunches with rapid movement.

What say you to the 'Tyson and Hughie were fed growth hormones as children' conspiracy theorists online?

Surely that'd be a crazy thing for John and Peter to have done. I'd say a very tall milkman descended from Hercules is a more likely answer.

Hard to judge the Wallon performance until we see more of the big Swede. His resume prior to Fury was pretty weak but he did win all of his fights against that tier of opposition. He could be a legit top 10 fighter for all we know.

Again and Again, we need to settle down. Tyson Fury's victory was great, and he worked hard and deserved the title, yes. But my point is,it is way too early to make assumptions against the past all time greats with just one victory. Tyson will have to have more title defenses, so that we can fairly judge his skills against the past all time greats. Let us see future fights against Deontay Wilder, in a rematch, Anthony Joshua, and perhaps maybe Old Snicker man, Andy Ruiz, just to name a few title contenders. I get it, it is exciting, but a bit premature. Past greats earned their stripes with great fights as champions. Let us be fair about it.
