Renaldo Snipes...a grade A ******* IMO

    Cheers mate, i don't doubt that one bit. Given Larry's pre fight comments, the magnitude of the occasion and the sheer disappointment i think we can quite easily give Renaldo the benefit of the doubt on this one.

    I always felt that Renaldo could've given Mike Weaver a good run, maybe beating Hercules.But then again, Weaver may have coldcocked him.

    I think Snipes would have either over respected his power and lost a decision or got, as you say, coldcocked.

    That story is partly true. Snipes was told after first round--well, threatened after first round--to go even easier. I did not read that part of book, did they mention what was said to Snipes between rounds? His manager almost had heart attack. Gravano was being a coward in ring though, if he said he had more brains than balls, did atlas say in book it was an excuse?

    Renaldo was a lot of things, but ******* doesn't come to mind.A pretty good fighter for about 2 years.

    Atlas made Snipes manager Sal tell Snipes to go even easier than he already was with Gravano, was that in book? Snipe hardly touched Gravano, and Gravano was almost crying.
