I think that Shavers would pose a threat to Snipes, but his awkward style would likely give Ol' Earnie problems. Combine that with Renaldo's thunderous right and he'd probably stick and move for a couple rounds before knocking out Shavers.
I fancy Snipes' mobility and skills over Shavers but Snipes also had a tendency to try to slug it out and that's a bad idea against Shavers.
