Bone crushing power taking Louis´Ghost, the bum of Cockell and other LHW ancients each for over 7 rounds, besides "one power punch" landing perfect for a rotational head spin?

He was a LHW-CW with some sort of power, like Michael Spinks also had. Put these fellows up to another power*chin level (real HW stage), you´ll gonna see where that power ends.

Who has to rumble with old, puffed up LHWs, is going to rumble with a trimmed down 215lb professional.
Rocky would rumble in the 190-CW anyway, since there are to heavy hands coming back at a 5'10" front footed one way brawler at 210+ End of this fantasy story.

We have been over all of this nonsense before. Louis wasn't what he was, but he was on an 8 fight win streak against excellent competition.

Walcott said that Marciano hit harder than Louis. Louis said that Marciano hit harder than Louis. Ali was amazed at how hard Marcianio hit ( I posted the clip). Marciano knocked Layne's teeth out. He broke bone chips loose in Lastarza's arms. He knocked Louis clean though the ring. He almost killed poor Crmen Vingo. These are feats of power, regardless of size.

Nor was Marciano a "brawler." He perfected swarmer style with the low crouch and high punch output to compensate the fact that he did not have a good reach.

But whatever. Believe as you will. I honestly don't care. Undefeated, 88% KO ration, and 6 wins against 4 ATGs.

Larry Holmes couldn't carry Marciano's jockstrap, and Renaldo Snipes couldn't lift it.

By the way, emoticons make you look like a buffoon.

Larry Holmes had 20 title defenses. Opponents median: 212. Rocky had 6 title defenses. Opponents median: 190
"Larry Holmes couldn't carry Marciano's jockstrap." Well done

Ali fought Marciano, so that Ali can tell. Yep, I guess it´s me who looks like a buffon here

Talking about title defenses: Six of his title fights against that bunch of ol´puffed up LHWs took him 10,8 rounds, one fight ended in KO1. "The chances that athletic 215 Snipes is going for a dance with Rocky are slim". I´ve missed that Rockista logic.

He wouldn't against Snipes, who was never that good at the top level. Snipes couldn't even beat Orlin Norris or Greg Page, who Jersey Joe or Moore would've easily crushed.

20 title defenses against utter garbage, except for Tim Witherspoon which a lot of people felt beat him. Shavers was all right, with great power but nothing else, and nearly knocked him out. Berbick, Smith...all right. In context, Cooney would probably be the most impressive one. Most of them were utter bums, and there is not a single very impressive defense, BECAUSE HE OPENLY DUCKED THE BEST.

    Marciano shits all over Holmes.

Want some insight about Ezzard Charles? How would you predict 180-Micheal Spinks at his HW tour?

20 to 6. Young fresh HWs vs. ol`puffed up LHWs.

By that logic I'm sure you agree Holmes is too little to compete today

I think Charles would have fared better at 180ish pounds at heavyweight than Spinks would have. And I think that if Charles could have been bulked up to 210-220 pounds while keeping his speed and skills with the extra weight behind his punch, he'd have been a force to be reckoned with among modern day heavies.

But I certainly think that 180-200 pound ATG fighters could take some 200+ pound heavies. Of course I don't like Charles chances against ATG power punching, skilled heavies like a young Tyson and Lewis and Wlad. Bigger heavies like Holyfield, Holmes, Ali who didn't have ATG power I'd favor over him, but I'd make him a live underdog. He's one of the under 200s who I think could spring an upset. For me to give Spinks the same chance, he'd have to be in his 200+ pound form.

But guys like Berbick, Snipes, Rahman and other average to decent 200+ pound top contenders, I think guys like Charles, Patterson, Walcott, Moore could take them on the right night

This. I like Holmes, but found it extremely hypocritical that he criticized Marciano's competition despite how awful his own competition was. Marciano didn't duck anyone while the same can't be said for Holmes.
