Sky sports news just said Samuels was the IBO Welterweight champion. Then he asked him what it is like to be champion. Useless *******s.
Gotta be honest I was hoping that Cello and Danny Butler would win both their fights because that would have made for some exciting fights at Middleweight the reality is you cannot go anywhere (in the immediate future) with Paul Samuels and Darren McDermott. If Cello had won he would have had a lot of momentum behind him and he would have been withing touching distance of either a shot at the British or a excellent match between him and Martin Murray. Where can Paul Samuels go, he has had horrible form recent and will need at least 3/4 decent wins before he can get close to a British title fight and Darren McDermott has just lost to Darren Barker so no one wants to see that again.
:yep I'll wait until tomorrow before updating that thread. I think we could be in for another classic from Vegas tonight :good
wow it wasnt an amazing fight, was too short and lacked that proper intensity to be a shoryt claasic also anyone laugh at the way Nelson said Youtube
That was great! I used to see Paul train when I lived back in Newport. Glad that he has got himself together.
Tremendous, you could practically see them both thinking "I'm gonna really crack this fella with a left hook out of this clinch" at the same time. They both collapse the same way too.
sadly they didnt show the first round where renda was getting caught with everything then landed a crisp left hook...possibly the only hard shot in the fight
that motho gave me the creeps, his hair (like a clown) and that "time" thing at the end, crazy maniac.
That clip is fantastic, those knockdowns were like a mirror image of each other. Great finish from Samuels, but I must admit to being a bit scared when he came and snarled at the camera.
