Thanks for the compliments Beeston Brawler as I know you are not easily impressed. We wanted to make another statement in a meaningful contest such as the defence of the Commonwealth title. Haywood had been making comments before the fight as to how much he was up for it and that he was our worst nightmare. We wanted to do a job on him in his hometown especially as we understood he had never been stopped in the professional ranks and is deemed an akward customer. He obviously felt confident in giving up the English title prior to the contest with Ajose. When you fight in the other guys hometown you need to do it decisively and we also wanted to make up for the sub standard performance against Nigel Wright last year when we were not able to prepare. Glad you enjoyed and can only promise more worries and problems for the rest of the 140 pounds division.

Which one were you then..... the short guy with the towel or the tall skinny one?

I probably did Ajose a dis-service there, it was a pretty conclusive job he did, though an earlier stoppage would have been better.

I actually think it worked out better that it lasted up to 7 rounds so that we could display some more and make it comprehensive. We don't want Haywood or anyone making excuses saying he got caught cold etc if we did it in the 1st round. He thought because he was tall and awkward that he would be a nightmare for us. However we have fought all kinds, tall, short, fast, strong, southpaws, fighters, punchers, boxers etc. What Haywood did not appreciate is that by the time you gety in with Ajose he can be a nightmare for anyone bar none. Nobody has done to Haywood or Nuumbembee what we did to them.

Shows how little you know if you think the guys behind a fighter and his camp especially successful ones have never fought. The term we denotes Team behind the fighter in this case.

To all the knockers of Rendall Munroe that was a super performance on Friday ....Firstly may I thank Rendall for making me several hundred pounds richer ... but most of all i thought his gameplan was superb .. he knew Martinez would come out banging for the first 3 rounds and covered up accordingly and as the spaniard ran out of steam n ideas Munroe used his boxing brain to bully Kiko to the point he almost stopped the fight ... Kiko didnt have any ideas against Munroe ... superb performance and we dont need Dunne he will be done totally after Cordobra takes care of him ... a couple more mandatories before pushing for a world title fight ... Maloneys a very shrewd promoter and wont push him too quickly .... Cmon TWO TONE !!!!

You see everything was ok till you start knocking Dunne, are you capable of supporting Munroe without insulting Dunne? Grow up man, Dunne has no beef with Munroe so just give it up ffs!
Maloney is a weasel who has consistently used Dunne's name to get publicity for his fighter by trying to stir things up with Brian Peters who never had any public spats before this crap with Maloney/Munroe.
