Rendall Munroe v Steve Molitor

Like **** it would be. Molitor isn't the same fighter as he was that night, and even if he was, he wouldn't be able to get Munroe out of there - Munroe has too good a chin and heart for that to happen.

Molitor hasn't got the footwork, work rate, selection of shots and power as Nishioka has. And despite being a champion again, his confidence still seems to be shot after the Cab fight. It's a winnable fight for Munroe and one I would back him to win.

 

Munroe doesn't have the power at world level to trouble someone as skilled and seasoned as Molitor. How do you see Munroe doing it?

The only time we've seen Molitor outclassed was against Caballero - which was as much down to the Panamanian's size, reach and weird style as it was Molitor's limitations.

I don't see what Rendall has to trouble the Canadian.

 

Actually that is a fair point. I was there too so should have chosen my words more carefully.

Either way my point still stands I think it could be a great promotion.
