Meh. Local(ish) lad thrown in as a tune-up for Munroe. Fair enough, not good enough to be on TV (which it will be) but it's serving the purpose of getting Munroe out again, building confidence and shaking the rust off.
Horrible opponent, I wasn't expecting anything really high quality but this a bit extreme, unless Rendall has a fight lined up for one or two months after this then that truly is a shocking fight even for a tune up and made worse by the fact that this fight will probably be the co-main feature and it will be on TV. Rendall is coming off a fight with the number one Super Bantamweight in the world and he did not disgrace himself, he has also faced numerous over decent fringe contenders so why is he fighting an opponent of this quality he should be done at this level even for tune up's.
