Brophy is champion of the Commonwealth? Renold has beaten Danny Geale and is about to face former 2x WBA Super Middleweight Champ Manny Siaca, if he wins there you would think he would be right at the top of the Commonwealth to be honest? Haha it happens to be for UBO (Universal Boxing Organization) World Super Middleweight title, Maybe Brophy might want a crack at it?
David Brophy v Paul Smith would be a good fight How Brophy looked against him would be a good measure of where he is and what he is likely to able to achieve. I think Brophy wins on points - in a good fight Blackledge would also be a good fight for Brophy
You are the completely delusional. Your comments show a real lack of boxing knowledge, a complete lack of understanding about the business side of the sport and you are just embarrassing yourself.
I take back previous comments, james5000 has won me over. Reels a lot of people in every time. Incidentally, I walked past Chris Sr in Mayfair the other day and my word his jeans looked painted on. Far too tight for a grown man
He's quality isn't he. Camaris is another. The way they reel people in is a true trolling skill. The mad thing is, he actually does post some good stuff on occasion.
It was a great win or Brophy KO'ing Dunn in his back yard ! Any idea who they might match him with next ?
I'd like to see Brophy kick on now. Solid win over Dunn to pick up the Commonwealth strap and he needs to build on that momentum. I think he's much better than what he showed against Groves, he got toyed with that night, but to be honest Groves is a top fighter, no disgrace there at all. I don't see Smith taking a fight with Brophy, for me he would view it as a step backwards in that at this stage of his career he wants the biggest possible fights for the most pound coin. I'd like to see Blackledge v Brophy.
Why do people think Blackledge is a better fight for Brophy than Quinlan? Quinlan would eat Blackledge alive. Why would Brophy want to go backwards and fight that bloke? Brophy could start eyeing up a fight with CEJ if he could convincingly beat Quinlan? Fielding already stopped Blackledge inside a round?
Smith won't fight at what he persieves as domestic level. For me Brophy could take a chance and fight Jamie Cox, Luke Blackledge or try and plot a Route to the WBA title for winner of Smigga and Zuegue
Mate, Quinlan is a very average 'domestic' level fighter who has had 13 fights in 9 years. It was a joke of a matchup (the odds were ridiculous) against Eubank Jn and that's also taking into account that Jn is a middleweight. He probably won't fight again in 2017. He isn't relevant.
Lomachenko has had 9 fights and got raped by Salido and he's on most p4p lists? It's not how many fights you have had its quality wins, and Geale is a good scalp. Quinlan did ok in the Jr fight, far better than Blackledge would do, and he's fighting in a couple of weeks against Manny Siaca.
I appreciate the point but Lomachenko is one of the ATG's of amateur boxing...Quinlan is some hobbyist fighter. You can't compare the two. Geale has nothing left in the tank. Lomachenko made a cracking fighter in Russell Jn look like me outside a kebab house at 2am on a Saturday night.
