    In none other than a One(a Singapore based promotion) event in Manilla.

    Gracie hung up the gloves after tasting defeat at the hands of Matt Hughes all the way back in 2010.. Kondo has been fairly active in that span but has been operating largely at a journeyman level. Gracie is the older man by nearly a decade at 51(to Kondo's 43) but he's well rested and the less war torn of the two by far. Interesting little novelty fight that sounds like it's billed from 2000...

    Gracie just won by rear naked choke in the 2nd round after a VERY poor first round from both men.

    I was surprised to learn that Renzo won. Even though he probably has produced an amazing tree of students with Matt Serra, the Danaher guys, Tom Deblass, Ricardo Almeida, Silver Fox, Aaron Milam, Weidman, Firas & GSP, I've never regarded his mma career so highly.

    He always seemed like a slacker who was lucky to fight a lot of guys who novice grapplers like Maurice Smith. No disrespect and not saying his not an amazing grappler, but wasn't his mma/nhb career a little disappointing?
