Less than 250,000 supposedly. This is around the same # that the 24/7 was estimted to have been added to the Oscar-Mayweather fight.

24/7 didn't build his visibility enough to make the buys anything but a huge dissapiontment.

To be fair, that fight was widely regarded as a mis-match, and Jones never did big numbers himself. But if HBO is looking to throw it's weight behind Calzaghe-Dawson, i'd be astonished.

Please no Froch. Froch is nobody. I think BHop or Dawson would be a good fight. I would pick Dawson as my fav of those 3 matchups.

Agreed, been there done that already. Hopkins is a boring, old, racist scumbag.

Please for the love of **** not Hopkins II. What is Hopkins going to do differently? It'll be another poor fight and no matter what Hopkins says, he isn't going to brawl.

    Dawson or retirement, please!

For some reason I think differently.

Then again I'm a sucker for cheap talk

Dawson IS the fight for Calzaghe (and Hopkins as well for that matter) but I don't think we'll see either. Honestly Dawson is beginning to get the dreaded "Most Feared Man" logo with Kessler, Hops and Calzaghe all starting to look away from him. It's bad news for Dawson because everytime someone gets that name they get beaten shortly after.

Hopkins would be the best fight, unless you just want to see people pitty-patting off each other all night. Calzaghe will obviously eliminate Dawson or Froch so what's the point? A competitive fight with a rejuvinated B Hop has to happen. Besides, he deserves a rematch

Any Hopkins rematch would either end up the same, close points win for JC or more likely the ref would stop it because of Hop's inactivity later on in the fight, remember it would be in Wales, and a crowd drunk ref would have stopped the fight in the 9th of the last fight.

Hopkins would be a silly fight, the vast majority of people would just say you've already beaten him what's the point - plus it would be slow and follow a similar pattern to the first fight.

Froch - he's beaten absolutely no-one of any note as yet, and if Calzaghe beat him everyone on here would just call him a bum most likely!!

Dawson or Johnson? One undefeated in 27, hyped as the next big thing in the US and with a LHW belt.....or..... a good B grade fighter, no belt, 39yrs old and with 12 losses.

Only fight out there for me is Dawson really.......
