Froch is terrible, that would be worse than a RJJ rematch.

Let's see the Dawson fight, though I'm still hopeful Joe would do it in the States.

    Calzaghe/Hopkins II? Oh jesus I hope not!:admin
****ing terrible fight and any rematch will be unlikely to be different from the first.
Dawson is a possibility I suppose, that or retirement.

You're an idiot, and will now be ignored. Go get your red nose, STFU, and stay back from the grownup table.

You don't negotiate with your own house's fighters in the press, unless you are trying to drive up the rate you will have to pay for that fighter (BHop). That is, unless you are trying to get yourself fired.

However, you DO negotiate with other people's fighters through the media. That's how you let the other guy's promotional rightsholder (Showtime) know you're interested and you want to make a deal. Again, I've been through this on other threads of which you are obviously ignorant.

You don't understand any of this in a practical sense, it is clear. I do. Again, stay out of discussions you don't understand and ones in which you will only serve to prove your idiocy to everyone reading the forum. You're a punk and a chump. Resume jerking off or whatever you were doing before you moronically tried to patronize someone who is your better. You are someone who should be reading more and posting less until you have mastered some reasoning and information basics, at least as regards this subject.

Yawn you're a ****. Is that all you can answer with?
Why not just an answer without the insult in front of it?
Is that so hard to ask you for?

Do you think the result is any different for a 2nd hopkins fight?
The pace and style of Calzaghe seemed too much for him.

Sorry, dude. You got clowned. You can try to dust off your shoulders and qualify your imbecilic statement any way you like -- all while trying to take your shots at Joe Calz -- but anyone who read what you wrote and the follow-up I posted can clearly see the truth for him- or herself.

Do not try to go heads up with me, that's the lesson. You best learn that or I will punk you again.

You might think you're clever, or have an angle. You're not and you don't, at least when going against someone such as myself.

Just remember that, and things will go a lot better for you when you jump in on my discussions.

Or to put it another way -- don't force me to humiliate you again.

I said I would be surprised to see HBO give its full backing to Joe-Chad. You said I had embarassed myself and posted a link to an article which does not indicate that HBO will give it's full backing to the fight, which I have pointed out to you. You have responded a bit like a teenager talking to a guy who's kissed the girl he likes. I have no idea why.

I've read plenty of your posts. I've seen little evidence of technical understanding, I don't think you're particulrly good. I think i'm a better poster who knows more about boxing, as we're on the subject.

Certianly I don't think that your posting an article which partially supports your position and leaves the particulars very much up in the air means you have "punked" me after we've gone "heads up". In fact, this is how I talk when I am playing Fight Night with friends and I don't really understand why you are talking like this about an article on the possible position of a TV company and a given fighter.

    Think about it.

I understand. We all have the right to our own delusions, even those of us who have made more than 22,000 posts on an internet forum in less than 2 years time. Hey, it's your life -- you post as you want to.

Here's the replay of what happened that led to your foolish and false pronouncement regarding HBO's not wanting to 'fully' back a Dawson-Calz fight: You wanted to try to get your little licks in about Calz's marketability and the PPV numbers, you got a little too giddy and half-cocked, you made a statement that belied your ignorance on a subject I clearly understand better than you do and I shot you down like a duck that broke out of the flght formation. Not complicated. And I can repeat the manaeuver anytime I like as you appear to be given to making statements regarding subjects you know little about.

While you were working on one of your 22,000 posts here on ESB, I was being written up in the New York Times, the Wall St Journal and other outlets. Believe me, I don't need your validation. My posting here is a diversion, and one which seems to consume less time than your own hours spent here at ESB. There are plenty of other people whose opinion matters more than yours does and who I actually care about who have affirmed me more times than you can imagine. Keep that in mind when you go for your 23,000th post.

    I know a lot about a lot of ****.

    Yeah. Or.

I said HBO would surprise me if they backed Chad-Joe with a 24/7 and a pay per view. You linked an article that says nothing about either of these things. Then you went mental and started saying very odd words.

Yeah, I know. I've read before about your efforts in the NY Times and the Wall Street Journal, you mention them in every thread in which you are challenged. Maybe you save your best stuff for those articles and the stuff you post on here is delibirately average. But I can only judge you by that average stuff, you know?

We shall see. All we know based on the article I cited is that HBO is 100% behind any such fight. Guess we'll have to find out how they'll roll it out if such a match-up is made.
