    Gotcha, thanks for the clarifications. Agree with you on Tyson in regards to him being more of a mid-range bomber than in-fighter.

    Great news for Povetkin fans.

    Now FNF fans just need to sit tight for the eventual good news that Teddy Atlas will be splitting ways with FNF as well.

    Atlas took on the job, what does he expect, for them to tailor there fights around him? No trainer does that. He could wok out something with ESPN, he does not want to. He is more concerned with his image, the insecure *****. He wants to say Povetkin did not lose under his training.

    From the Bruce Seldon "fight" he staged, which should have led to him being in trouble, to his canceling Klitscko bout, he's been a disaster.

    He took on the job with those conditions. Atlas rationale now is Team Povetkin are looking to change those conditions. Those are the facts.

    And what do you mean 'no trainer does that'. Take a look at Angelo Dundee when he was with Sugar Ray Leonard, he was only in camp a few weeks before each fight. Check Amir Khan with Freddie Roach, flying off to the Phillipines. And if you look at other trainers that have full time jobs, they get their fighters to train at night i.e. Billy Nelson. There are loads and loads of examples.

    What do you think would have happened if Povetkin had taken the Klitscko fight? He wasnt ready. Sauerland were ready to cash in on him and Atlas, rightly got the fight cancelled.

    It would be good see Povetkin develop further before he takes a Klitscko fight - then we have a chance of a more competitive fight. But, don't let logic get in the way of your Atlas hating:good

    atlas took a guy who was 18-0 , a gold medal winner in the Olympics and maneuvered him into a shot for a belt that should not exist . the angelo dundee of 2012

    The illegal one in the summer of 2010.

    Seldon couldn't get licensed because of poor health, he and Povetkin fought anyway at Teddy's request.
