Reporter (Steve Kim) gives Hearn the "What For?" about Quigg's weight unprofessionalism

There is no excuse for not making weight!

 

Why? There was a world title on the line....

The whole point was to fight for a world title....

 

Quigg apparently fractured his foot 4 weeks ago which messed up his preparation and didnt allow him to get down in weight like he usually does. Maybe he thought if he didnt take the fight now he wouldn't get another shot

 

I dont believe that was quiggs plan becuase i don't beleive he smart enough to think of that plan
Also i don't think you know too much about foot fractures, hands are what you are into

 

i never understood the bad teeth thing lol. Considering how cheap dental care is here to other countries id say comparatively Brits probably crap all over the americans when.it comes to teeth

 

I’ve seen some horrific teeth and breath at my workplace in London. I’m the only one in my office who routinely brushes my teeth after eating at work (I eat two meals during work hours) and the plebs in my office mock me for brushing so often. Says it all really, it’s a genuine on point stereotype

 

He has Hearn as his promoter. He could’ve called the fight off and took care of his injury. I believe it was their plan to get the win first and forget about the title.

 

It's sad that this is indicative of the US Boxing press, they don't do jack, are inept most of the time, and are usually missing the point.
