HBO prefer the superfights to be in America even if it means slightly less money, although im well aware the likes of the Mandalay Bay put up huge money.

So your saying if it made an extra $3 million they'd put it in China over USA?

Since when did Australians know anything about boxing anyway? all your fighters are stolen from other countrys.

Bugger off back to the Aussie forum and drool over the possibility of Mundine vs Soliman IIIIIIIIV or whatever it will be.

I dont get wats with all the haters on haye's fight selection...

IT'S HIS 1ST heavyweight fight (besides the one like 3 years ago), he can choose any decent contender he wants. He'll slowly move up to fight better fighters until klitschko (by slowly i mean he'll probably fight wlad in 3-4 fights)

    Think

    1. Kevin Johnson or Hassim Rahman
    2. Eddie Chambers or James Toney or John Ruiz
    3. Ruslan Chagev or Potvetkin

something like that...his 1st fight can be vs any1 he wants, give him a break

If he said "by a governing body," when was that...???...I've paid close attention, and I believe you are adding that. He said top ten, as in top ten in the world.

Not only that, WLAD has the IBF and WBO belts, wtf does it matter what Johnson is ranked in the WBA when Haye is on a mission for KLIT...???

...but you happen to know enough about it to know he needs defending in this area...???

...and then Rahman came out and said he doesn't know what Haye is talking about and that he hasn't priced himself out. He said he still wants the fight.

We know he's not talking about Toney, because Haye watches his mouth when he talks about Toney. Haye will stay away from him...Toney has already called him a comedian, and said all he need do is call Dan Goossen and he will accept the fight.

Haye was talking about Rahman, because Hasim is the one who responded to the comments in the press...

Haye has not even considered Toney...everyones memory has gone to ****...after Toney made Hasim quit before they overturned the decision, Haye was only talking Hasim...he didn't care Toney "won."

Haye want no part of "Lights Out."

    A little suprised TBH.

Yeah he isnt a big hitter but he is a decent sized heavy with a careful, jab-fest style thats hard to deal with, even for someone like Haye Id imagine.

But Johnson does look a bit vulnerable when someone gets past the jab, seeing as Haye has speed to spare he should be able to do this.

I just thought a smaller heavy with a leaky defense, even if he can hit a little, was going to be target for Team Haye.

This is boxing, it shouldn't be about name and more about who presents a better challenge. Haven't heard of Johnson, but if he is a top 10 fighter and is supposedly half decent (from the posts on here anyway) then it seems to be a good first fight for Haye.

How do you know that Toney isn't just stirring things up, Setanta Sports also acknowledged that that Toney wanted more money than Haye. Make of that what you will.

These days, those two statements together are well and truly a paradox.
Is that the right word? I suck at English.

I think Haye will fight Christy Martin instead.
