Just had a threatening letter from primetime saying they couldn't take payment for the Amir Khan fight. Has any1 else had this problem. i recently had to change my Debit card details but they stated the problem was with my credit card, which has plenty of funds from. So after the letter this will defo be the last time i purchased an event from this SHITTY TV network. they can go **** themselves :finger EDIT: ive tried to ring to sort this out but they got no **** on the phone :finger
"If you don't pay up we'll come round and give your knee caps a seeing to." That sort of threatening? :think
If anything they should be offering an apology for the fact you even tried to buy the event. Never had any problems myself.
Hi LP, we would only send you a letter if there was an issue with your payment. PM me your number and I'll get someone to call you and resolve this.
They ****ed up Froch-Dirrell and AA vs Taylor for me. Paid to watch it and never got the fight. They did me a favor with Froch vs Dirrell but nah ever since i won't deal with them i rather not risk it. There **** poor outfit IMO.
yep why activate the signal if they cant take the payment. ill happily give them my £15 but wont be paying for their services again Long Live Nutjob:happy:happy:blurp
didnt you say you had a similar problem with premier sports but there service to sort it out was clearly better
So far I've had 3 emails, 1 text message and 1 voicemail telling me there is a problem with my account (i'm guessing my dd card number has changed) and to get in contact urgently. The problem is I chose NOT TO order Khan v McCloskey. I never even attempted to order the fight and Primetime have the cheek to start calling me at home to tell me I need to ring them urgently to order Khan v McCloskey
I had a threating letter from them last year after the Kessler fight,it took me a while to workout it was from them because of the differant names the company usess. It was because i changed my debit card a week after the fight i think,if they took the money out when booked there would of been no problem.I was pissed of when i got the letter and vowed never to use Primetime again but i caved at the last minute and brought the Abraham fight
Well Froch is on Sky now and you'd imagine Khan would be going back there too so I can't see there being much more business for Primetime anyway
