I think that he has a great, dry, wit about him. Unfortunately the general public don't latch onto this. Froch is all about respect from what he does in the ring, he made enough money away from boxing to live a comfortable and wealthy life, perhaps he doesn't want the celeb lifestyle?

It isn't the other celebrity boxers fault that Froch is not well known, they're out and about promoting themselves, social networking etc, Froch would rather stay home with his missus, I don't blame him.

Iv never once doubted his commitment or attitude which has always been stellar. But Frochs flaws were glaring from as far back as he's early fights with Odin. Froch had alot of swagger but he was just taking punches to the face and carrying his hands low. Anyway all semantic now as he's definitely arrived. Somewhere im pretty sure Calzaghe is squirming and he's ego's just taken a dent.

Froch is a great performer in the ring. I think he is unpopular in certain quarters because of his arrogant manner giving press releases 3/4 years ago and constant nagging of Calzaghe!

Granted he's calling out of Joe was premature but Froch clearly has alot of belief in himself. Shame Joe didnt. All he wanted was a pay check. Meanwhile Froch grafted tooth and nail for his and has won a world title in half as many of Joes fights.

Froch boxes best when he is cautious in my opinion!

At that point in their careers Calzaghe would have outboxed Froch since Froch didn't have the experience or discipline to compete on even terms (Froch would still have done much better than Lacy since even then Froch could adapt if necessary -see Pascal fight - whereas Lacy had no plan B).

The Calzaghe who fought Lacy vs the Froch who fought Abraham would be a whole lot closer and IMO very hard to call.

Listen i said from the start, that Abraham was a ******.

What does he do that is good....? he just relies on his raw strength, covers up in his shell.......then every now and again, goes ape****.

People need to calm the **** down, Joe Calzaghe would'nt drop a round to Carl Froch.

Lacy has not been as good as any of Frochs last 5 oppenents. Frochs resume is looking very special

You also said Harrison would beat Haye, sorry but it's gonna take a while for you to live down that prediction. This thread isn't about Carl Froch vs Joe Calzaghe. It didn't happen and it won't happen. Its about Froch getting the recognition he thoroughly deserves.

You need to calm down PK. With all due respect your analysis doesn't have a great deal of credibility at the moment.
