Great performance. He has nothing to be ashamed about. I wish these thumb in the eye accusations would go away though.

 

why not respect to both it was a hell of fight, will i am should be proud of both.

 

it would have been interesting had angulo won and floyd beats canelo....angulo-floyd would have been a real possibility.

as it stands, floyd-lara is just not possible.

 

Tough as nails but a few more beatings like that and he will be unable to count his money.

 

Was it me or was Angulo looking better than he has in a while that night?
He was like a ****ing animal all over Lara's ass. THAT Angulo would have raped Kermit Contron and Kirkland

He did look better than I have seen him in a long time this looked like the guy that ****ed up Rosado and Yorgy... Lara fought smart in there but he wasnt really given much room to always fight smart Angulo put some serious pressure on him closed the gap when ever there was a little distance between them even if he meant eating leather to get there.

But damn those body shots I still havent seen it on TV but being there at the fights them shots could be heard they were solid as **** and he ripped the **** out of Laras body, Again I havent seen this fight on TV and yes I know everybodys talking about Laras left hands that did this damage but I saw some pretty wicked short right hooks in there that I am sure contributed to the eye condition.

Anyhow yes both gave us a good fight, Not sure about the thumb being a reality but it does happen and yes even with thumbless gloves it still happens, but as I have stated before their heads did bump allot on the inside and I believe that is what contributed to the swelling

 

he did get thumbed though, you can clearly see it with the first punch that landed in that sequence....it grazed his eye

still though, perro should've complained instead of turning around like he did....

 

Freddy the problem here is some people well allot of them actually think its impossible to with a "Thumb-less" Glove they really believe that thumb-less means just that....:-(
they also butted heads fighting in so close several times but I guess since Showtime didnt point it out that means it never happened, even though I have pictures several of them of their heads clashing right on that spot.

and finally yes Angulo should have never turned his back if he didnt intend on quitting, you are always supposed to face forward thats something you learn pretty early in the sport well something your supposed to have learned early in the sport.

 

There was no thumb, there was nothing in the glove . . . AA was only on a diet of Left to the head and his eye got bloated.
