    yep i know a football lad who's got 3 months prison sentence in nottingham for not even fighting at football.. but for acting in a threatening behaviour.

    imagine if barker had twated a few unconscious,id put money on the ****** judges giving barker a bit of time,for using his hands which will be classed as lethal trained weapons.

    Yep then ended up on a plane with a load of really dangerous convicts heading for a maximum security jail only for them to break free and take over the plane. Especially if his black diabetic mate needed his medicine.

    It shows how **** this country is now mate,if one had had a knife or stabbed him nothing would have happened a few month in a jail where they can gain credits for tvs,computers phones etc.

    Now im not saying its easy but surely if you got to prison it should be the ****ing pits so when you come out you think i never want to go back there again? When the reality is a lot of them dont mind it cos they have more in there than out of it so there is no fear tonot re-offend.

    It's not up to the court to award him compensation. He can make a claim with the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board though.
