i think its about time someone on here gives the respect that hopkins deserves, 43 yrs old and giving calzaghe a tough fight and going the distance no probs and scoring a knockdown. a credit to him that he remains in great shape and no doubt has a couple of more fights left in him if he desires. most boxers by the time they hit the mid to late thirties are shot and have nothing left so what does that say about the guy, he lost last night but for me he will definately go down on the hall of fame list as too does calzaghe. next fight for calzaghe should be v jones or tarver!!!!
Hopkins was the same ole same ole for me. He always tries his best and put up another good performance tonight.
thats just hopkins! thats nothing new he always adapts and takes his opponents best weapon away from his opponenets , Im glad hopkins is finally shown the respect he deserves, becasue a great fighter fought great and deserves to be HOF for tht!
BHop could have won that fight if he showed more urgency. He looked the only one out of the two that could've won be late stoppage. He was never hurt in that fight. All that said Joe just nipped it on points
