I think Bob Arum is taking too much heat for this ****. People talk about Pacquiao-Clottey, but he's put Pacquiao in with more GBP fighters than TR fighters in recent years, and Clottey was clearly the best fight available for March.

 

I agree.

Also, people tend to discredit Pac fighting Clottey because of Clotteys poor performance in the fight but they forget that Clottey was a very live underdog going into the fight.

Ok, he doesn't have the skill set or athleticism of Pac but he is a huge welterweight with a tidy defense and is tough as ****.

Considering Pac is a small WW it was seen as a reasonably dangerous fight all things considered.

Pacq could've fought JMM on two day notice at 147 and it would've been a better fight in there.That was a corny TOP RANK fight and get ready there may be another one.

Isn't Khan already penciled in fight for December 11th against Juan Manuel Marquez, if he beats Juan Diaz?

Khan's already got a win over Alexander's next opponent.
