When training for a fight how many rest days do you take a leading up to the fight to make sure you are not over worked. Also How much does it vary as the fight gets nearer? i.e maybe 6 weeks before 2 rest days then when it gets down to 3 weeks before 1 rest day etc until last week when no real training just rest and keeping loose
There is no one answer for everybody, although when you are close to a fight you don't want to be doing anything too intense.
